You are eligible for a FREE Smartphone and Free Unlimited Service through True Wireless and the Lifeline Program if you or any member of your household receives one of the following benefits:

• Medicaid
• Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (Food Stamps or SNAP)
• Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
• Federal Public Housing Assistance (Section 8)
• Veterans Pension or Survivors Benefit Programs
• Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance
• Tribally-Administered Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TTANF)
• Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR)
• Head Start (if income eligibility criteria are met)

Or if Household Income is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines:

Add $6,939 for each additional person
