These resources should not be a luxury, but cost keeps them out of reach for many families. Almost 20% of homes in some service areas don't have internet access, and rising costs may force families to limit cellular or internet service.

Through the USDA's Community Eligibility Provision participating schools and school districts make every student eligible to receive Free or Reduced Price school lunches and breakfasts. If your child is enrolled in a school or school district that participate in the USDA's Community Eligibility Provision you already qualify to receive the ACP benefit. Based in Oklahoma, Team TRUE works with the Federal Communications Commission's Lifeline and Affordable Connectivity Programs to provide FREE & RELIABLE phone and internet services.

Established in 1985, the federal government's Lifeline program provides subsidized phone service to qualifying households.

The FCC's Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) grew out of the 2020 Covid pandemic, and is committed to expanding internet access to low-income Americans.

As an educator or advocate, you may encounter families who can benefit from a reliable, Oklahoma-based provider of FREE internet and phone services. We even offer a Combo Plan that includes both.

Quick Qualification:

• Have a child enrolled in a USDA Community Eligibility Provision participating school or school district.
• The majority of our Lifeline customers qualify through Medicaid or SNAP benefits.
• WIC and the National Free or Reduced School Lunch Program qualify students for ACP.
